В преддверии 105-летия Пермского государственного гуманитарно-педагогического университета Пермский край посетила делегация Министерства просвещения РФ во главе с Министром Сергеем Кравцовым и делегация из Республики Зимбабве во главе с министром начального и среднего образования Мойо Торерайи.
В рамках визита директор Департамента интеграции национальной системы образования и международного сотрудничества Минпросвещения России Усман Рассуханов провел совещание с участием представителей Зимбабве, заместителя министра образования и науки Пермского края Светланы Долгополовой, ректора Пермского государственного гуманитарно-педагогического университета Константина Егорова и директора Пермского регионального центра иностранных обучающихся Ольги Гончаровой.
Светлана Долгополова представила уникальный опыт создания в Пермском крае Центра, работа которого направлена на повышение образовательной привлекательности Пермского края:
«Сегодня в регионе учится более пяти тысяч иностранных студентов из более 60 стран мира. В перспективе это число будет расти, поскольку в Пермском крае строится новый межвузовский кампус».
Ольга Гончарова в ходе своего доклада отметила главную задачу Пермского регионального центра иностранных обучающихся — это комплексная поддержка иностранных студентов и помощь в их адаптации к учёбе и жизни в России:
«Это и развитие системы адаптации, поддержки и социально-правового сопровождения, и помощь в бытовых вопросах, и развитие межкультурного диалога. Мы также работаем над тем, чтобы у студентов формировалось уважительное отношение к российской культуре и понимание правовых норм».
Опыт и практики Центра по социокультурной адаптации иностранных студентов были высоко оценены представителями Минпросвещения России и зарубежными гостями и рекомендованы к дальнейшему развитию и распространению в других регионах.

The region’s experience in supporting foreign students has been highly appreciated by representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation
On the eve of the 105th anniversary of Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University, Perm Krai was visited by a delegation of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, headed by Minister Sergei Kravtsov, and a delegation from the Republic of Zimbabwe, led by Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Moyo Torerayi.As part of the visit, Usman Rassukhanov, Director of the Department for Integration of the National Education System and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, held a meeting with the participation of representatives of Zimbabwe, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Perm Krai Svetlana Dolgopolova, Rector of Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University Konstantin Egorov, and Director of Perm Regional Center of Foreign Students Olga Goncharova.
Svetlana Dolgopolova presented the unique experience of establishing a Center in Perm Krai aimed at enhancing the region’s educational appeal:
«Today, more than five thousand foreign students from over 60 countries study in the region. This number is expected to grow in the future, as a new inter-university campus is being built in Perm Krai.»
In her report, Olga Goncharova highlighted that the core mission of Perm Regional Center of Foreign Students is to offer comprehensive support to international students and assist them in their adapting to study and life in Russia:
«This includes developing a system of adaptation, support and socio-legal assistance, helping with everyday issues, and establishing intercultural dialogue. We are also working to ensure that students develop a respectful attitude towards Russian culture and an understanding of legal norms.»
The experience and practices of the Center for the social and cultural adaptation of foreign students were highly appreciated by representatives of the Ministry of Education of Russia and foreign guests, and were recommended for further development and dissemination in other regions.
