Мероприятие организовано НИЦ Мониторинга и профилактики деструктивных проявлений в образовательной среде совместно с Главным управлением молодежной политики Челябинской области. Слушатели форума — представители университетов Челябинской области, в том числе в сфере международных отношений и руководители общеобразовательных учреждений. Участникам был интересен опыт создания Пермского регионального центра иностранных обучающихся, аналогов которому пока нет в российских регионах, а также механизмы взаимодействия с вузами и проводимые Центром мероприятия. Ольга Гончарова рассказала о создании Центра в 2022 году при Министерстве образования и науки Пермского края, о его задачах по социализации и адаптации иностранных обучающихся, взаимодействии с органами власти, министерствами, ведомствами, организациями Пермского края и партнерами в сфере занятости населения и спортивными сообществами. В ходе общения Ольга Гончарова привела примеры в виде живых кейсов, которые появляются в процессе помощи иностранным обучающимся.
Мероприятие прошло в он-лайн режиме на площадке Пермской краевой библиотеки им. Горького.

The forum’s audience will include representatives of universities in the Chelyabinsk region, including those in the field of international relations, and heads of general education institutions.
The participants were interested in the experience of creating the Perm Regional Center for Foreign Students, which has no analogues in the Russian regions, as well as the mechanisms for interaction with universities and the events held by the Center.
Olga Goncharova spoke about the creation of the Center in 2022 under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Perm Territory, about its tasks for the socialization and adaptation of foreign students, interaction with authorities, ministries, departments, organizations of the Perm Territory and partners in the field of employment and sports communities.
During the conversation, Olga Goncharova gave examples in the form of live cases that appear in the process of helping foreign students.
