В Перми прошло социокультурное мероприятие для иностранных и российских студентов. Формат интеллектуальной игры-викторины по вопросам антитеррористической безопасности и противодействия идеологии экстремизма, как и другие мероприятия под брендом «Безопасная планета», разработан Пермским региональным центром иностранных обучающихся совместно с Аппаратом антитеррористической комиссии в Пермском крае.
- Как отметила директор Пермского регионального центра иностранных обучающихся Ольга Гончарова, — студенты активно участвуют в мероприятиях. Здесь они получают информацию о правилах безопасности, знакомятся с законодательством Российской Федерации, соревнуются в командных играх и проходят мастер-классы.
Мероприятие открылось стихами о трагедии двадцатилетней давности в школе №1 г. Беслан в прочтении студенток из Пермского политеха (Туркменистан) и медицинского университета (Индия).
Минутой молчания собравшиеся почтили память погибших от рук террористов в этой и других трагедиях.
Участие в событии приняли более 50 человек из 12 стран мира: Россия, Сирия, Таджикистан, Египет, Индия, Мали, Сомали, Того, Туркменистан, Марокко, Турция и Кыргызстан — студенты семи вузов Перми: ПГНИУ, ПГГПУ, ПГФА, ПГИК, ПГАТУ, ПГИПУ, ПГМУ.
Пять интернациональных команд (из разных вузов), в том числе российские студенты из Пермского педагогического университета и Молодежного совета при Уполномоченном по правам человека, отвечали на вопросы викторины и моделировали порядок действий в случае опасной и нестандартной ситуации.
Оценили результаты игры эксперты, компетентные в области противодействия идеологии терроризма и экстремизма: сотрудники Аппарата антитеррористической комиссии в Пермском крае (В. Жихарев, П. Иванов, А. Старкова), Главного управления МВД России по Пермскому краю, центра профилактики правонарушений среди обучающихся в профессиональных образовательных организациях (Е. Гомзина) и представитель министерства образования и науки Пермского края Ю.Гималиева.
Пока эксперты совещались, участники изготовили белого журавля — памятный сувенир от специалистов центра детского творчества «Шанс». В России белый журавль – символ памяти, скорби и света.

Победители игры – команды Мир и Дружба. Каждый участник мероприятия получил памятный приз.

We are people of one planet
A sociocultural event for foreign and Russian students was held in Perm.
The format of the intellectual quiz game on anti-terrorist security and countering the ideology of extremism, as well as other events under the brand «Safe Planet», was developed by the Perm Regional Center of Foreign Students together with the Office of the Anti-Terrorist Commission in Perm Krai.
- Olga Goncharova, the director of the Perm Regional Center of Foreign Students, noted that students actively participate in the events where they receive information about safety regulations, become familiar with the legislation of the Russian Federation, compete in team games and take master classes.
The event opened with verses about the tragedy that took place twenty years ago at Beslan School No. 1, in the reading of student from the Perm National Research Polytechnic University from Turkmenistan and the Indian student from Perm State Medical University. A minute’s silence was observed to pay tribute to the victims of terrorists in Beslan and in other tragedies.
More than 50 people participated the event from 12 countries including Russia, Syria, Tajikistan, Egypt, India, Mali, Somalia, Togo, Turkmenistan, Morocco, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan, the students from seven Perm universities.
Five international teams (from different universities), including Russian students from Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University and the Youth Council at the Human Rights Ombudsman met at the Tochka Kipeniya — Perm, answered quiz questions and modeled the course of action in the event of a dangerous and non-standard situation.
The results of the game were assessed by experts competent in the field of countering the ideology of terrorism and extremism: experts of the Office of the Anti-Terrorism Commission in Perm Krai (V. Zhikharev, P. Ivanov, A. Starkova), the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Perm Krai, the Center for the Prevention of Crime among Students in Professional Educational Organizations (E. Gomzina) and a representative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Perm Krai Yu. Gimalieva.
While the experts were deliberating, the participants made a white crane, a memorable souvenir with the specialists of the Children’s Activity Center Chance. In Russia, the white crane is a symbol of memory, grief and light.

«This is a very important event that fully complies with the comprehensive plan for countering the ideology of terrorism and extremism and promotes the adaptation of foreign students to life during their studies in our region.»
The winners of the game were the teams Friendship and Peace. Each participant in the event received a memorable prizes.
