Dear Colleagues,
The Perm Regional Center of Foreign Students closely cooperates with Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University, which enrolls international students from China and Kazakhstan.

We help them adapt to the new environment, handle legal and everyday issues, explore the local culture and feel part of the student community through extracurricular activities.

In this anniversary year, on my own behalf and that of the Center’s staff, I wish the University further prosperity and success in scientific and educational endeavors. I look forward to our continued cooperation in developing and strengthening of interethnic and international relations.
