— Суп и кашу в России мы готовим, а вот сырники – впервые, — рассказала студентка из Сирии. Мирна приехала обучаться в магистратуре Пермского Политеха. — на базе Кулинарной школы Максима Цыгвинцева две команды соревнуются между собой в приготовлении блюд из продуктов спонсоров. Задача непростая: за 30 минут приготовить и подать в лучшем виде свои сырники. Вкус и качество приготовления оценивают шеф-повара. Сырники у иностранных студентов получились вкусными. Эксперты отметили красивую подачу блюда. Итог поединка – ничья! В подарок участники получили от спонсоров по большому пакету молочной продукции!

— We cook soup and porridge in Russia, but syrniki for the first time, — said a student from Syria. Mirna came to study for a master’s degree at Perm Polytechnic University. Together with Bahaa from Egypt, they took part in the filming of a culinary duel. According to the organizers, the «Komsomolskaya Pravda in Perm» edition, two teams compete with each other in cooking dishes from the sponsors’ products on the basis of the Maxim Tsygvintsev Culinary School. The task is not easy: in 30 minutes, cook and serve your syrniki in the best possible way. The taste and quality of cooking are evaluated by the chefs. The syrniki of the foreign students turned out to be delicious. Experts noted the beautiful presentation of the dish. The result of the match is a draw! As a gift, the participants received a large package of dairy products from the sponsors!
