В Перми прошел IX городской открытый форум «Пермь – Восток», посвященный Индии (Бхарат).
На одной из площадок форума Пермский региональный центр иностранных обучающихся провел круглый стол по проблемам социокультурной адаптации иностранных граждан, получающих высшее и среднее специальное образование в Пермском крае.
Вопрос социокультурной адаптации является одним из основных в работе нашего центра, — за год работы нам многое удалось, — отметила Ольга Гончарова.
В частности, создана система поддержки и социально-правового сопровождения иностранных граждан, проводятся культурно-просветительские и досуговые мероприятия, в том числе, направленные на знакомство с русскими традициями и культурой.
В обсуждении вопроса приняли участие эксперты и гости. Говорили о реализации совместных проектов с иностранными обучающимися как способе социокультурной адаптации.

В Пермском крае обучается более 4 тысяч иностранных студентов из стран ближнего и дальнего зарубежья из более чем 50 стран. Почти треть студентов — из Индии.

Olga Goncharova: «Safe and comfortable stay of foreign students and their sociocultural adaptation in the region is one of our tasks»
The IX city open forum «Perm – East», dedicated to India (Bharat), was held in Perm.
At one of the forum sites, Perm Regional Center of Foreign Students held a round table on the problems of sociocultural adaptation of foreign citizens receiving higher and secondary specialized education in Perm Region.
The issue of sociocultural adaptation is one of the main ones in the work of our Center — during the year of work we have achieved a lot, — noted Olga Goncharova.
In particular, a system of support and socio-legal support for foreign citizens has been created, cultural, educational and leisure events are held, including those aimed at introducing Russian traditions and culture.
Experts and guests took part in the discussion of the issue. They talked about implementing joint projects with foreign students as a way of sociocultural adaptation.

More than 4 thousand foreign students from near and far abroad from more than 50 countries study in Perm Region. Almost a third of the students are from India.
